Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the tok99 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at tok99.cam.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on tok99 and whose account has not been suspended or terminated.
• "Account" means the personal betting and gaming account created by a Member upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Member's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by tok99 subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functionality on the Account.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the official currency of Indonesia and the sole currency in which tok99 processes transactions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Member must place using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules governing individual games available on the Platform, which are published within each game interface.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used for all time references within these Terms unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an Account on tok99, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. tok99 strictly enforces this age limit and will request documentary evidence of age as part of the KYC process.
3. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each session.
4. You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration and must keep that information up to date at all times.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tok99 Platform, whether voluntarily or by the Platform's decision.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of, or in partnership with, any other person when using the Account.
7. You must not be registered as a self-excluded member under any responsible gaming program operated by tok99 or a related entity.
8. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of tok99 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on the tok99 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, tok99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Registration Information. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a confirmed password during registration. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. tok99 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the Member.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tok99 immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification. Full Account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and access to all game categories — is conditional on successful completion of KYC verification. tok99 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a valid passport, a recent bank statement (issued within 90 days), or other documentary evidence as specified by the compliance team. Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format.

3.5 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be resolved. Any real-money balance remaining after such resolution will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

3.6 Account Suspension by tok99. tok99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or its Members.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. tok99 currently supports the following IDR-denominated payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of specific methods may change without notice. The current list of active payment methods is displayed within the Member's Account cashier at all times.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's Account balance within minutes of payment confirmation. tok99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tok99 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of approval. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal request is flagged for compliance review. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Account cashier.

4.4 Withdrawal to Verified Account Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the tok99 Member Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. tok99 will reject any withdrawal request where the destination account name does not match the verified Member identity.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on tok99 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). tok99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the Member's side are the Member's sole responsibility.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. tok99 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

5.1 Game Availability. The range of games and betting markets available on tok99 — including sports betting on BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League; live casino; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery); and certified slot games — is subject to change at tok99's sole discretion. tok99 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or event.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by tok99. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification within your Account. tok99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including — without limitation — where a technical error has resulted in an erroneous price being displayed, or where irregular betting patterns are detected.

5.3 Odds and Results. Published odds are indicative and may be updated prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate in real time based on event progress. For sports betting, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Indonesian Football Association for BRI Liga 1, or FIFA for international fixtures) shall be the final determinant of bet settlement.

5.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tok99 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and return stakes to Members. tok99 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or anticipated winnings arising from such malfunctions.

5.5 Responsible Play. Members are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — particularly when engaging in high-frequency game formats. Full details are set out in Clause 7 below.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. tok99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and validity periods. These specific terms are displayed at the point of claim and take precedence over general bonus provisions in this clause where there is any inconsistency.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that are subsequently voided or cancelled do not count toward wagering requirement calculations.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. tok99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, and coordinating bonus exploitation with other Members. Where bonus abuse is detected, tok99 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel all associated bets, and permanently close the Account.

6.4 Promotional Validity. All promotions are time-limited. Bonus Funds that have not been claimed within the stated claim window, or wagering requirements that have not been satisfied within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account balance without further notice.

6.5 Seasonal Promotions. tok99 periodically runs promotional offers aligned with Indonesian public holidays and major sporting events — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), the BRI Liga 1 season, and Piala AFF fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia. Specific terms for each seasonal campaign are published on the Platform at the time of launch.

6.6 Right to Modify. tok99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect the terms of a bonus already validly claimed by a Member.

tok99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Members with the tools necessary to manage their play. The following tools are available to all verified Members at no cost through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic in-session notifications at intervals of your choosing to monitor the duration of your play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you may not log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with immediate effect. Requests for self-exclusion are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. To initiate self-exclusion, contact our support team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tok99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of bandar bola (unauthorised football bookmaking) or similar activity using the tok99 Platform as an intermediary.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including through the use of VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tok99 staff, agents, or other Members in any manner.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property belonging to tok99 without prior written consent.

9.1 All content on the tok99 Platform — including but not limited to the tok99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, data feeds, odds compilations, software, and game assets — is the exclusive property of tok99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective studios. tok99 provides access to such content under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

10.1 Platform Availability. tok99 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. tok99 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

10.2 Betting Losses. Betting and gaming inherently involve the risk of financial loss. tok99 shall not be liable to any Member for any gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the Platform, regardless of the Member's expectation of outcome.

10.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party payment processors, game studios, and data providers. tok99 does not accept liability for failures, errors, or delays attributable to such third parties, except where tok99 has been grossly negligent in its selection or oversight of the relevant provider.

10.4 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tok99's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member to tok99 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.5 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. In no event shall tok99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

tok99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. Key data processing commitments include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of Platform services.
• tok99 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorised third parties.
• Data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal obligations.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements, by contacting [email protected].

12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tok99 holds its international operating licence. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with the mandatory consumer protection laws of Indonesia applicable to a Member resident in Indonesia, the mandatory Indonesian law provisions shall prevail to that extent only.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Member and tok99 shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

12.3 Nothing in this clause limits tok99's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.

13.1 tok99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Member rights or obligations in a significant way — tok99 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days via email to the registered address on the Member's Account, or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform.

13.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, and updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without advance notice and will take effect from the date of publication.

13.3 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Clause 3.5.

13.4 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
